Her blog, Life of Dr. Mom, was launched after the birth of her first child to debunk online misinformation. She completed her medical school and residency at the University of Alberta and her master’s degree in clinical nutrition at Columbia University. She has a special interest in paediatrics, maternal health, and sleep medicine.
